The Kiss (Lovers) by Gustav Klimt is the most famous Austrian painting and the highlight of the permanent collection at the Upper Belvedere. It shows a couple swathed in richly embellished robes embracing in a meadow of flowers on the brink of a precipice. The painting dates from 1907/08 at the height of Klimt’s “Golden Period” when the artist developed a new technique of combining gold leaf with oils and bronze paint.

• Sunday 25 May
  • Between 06:30–10:00 – All American breakfast for two (2) at Parkring Restaurant
  • 10:30–13:00 – Private guided tour of Vienna featuring sightseeing spots tailored to your interests
  • 17:30 – Private transfer from the hotel to Belvedere Gardens at Belvedere Palace
  • 18:30 – Private tour of Belvedere Palace after it’s closed to the public
  • 19:30 – (optional) Propose to your loved one in front of Klimt’s The Kiss, which will be captured by a professional photographer. OR get couple pictures infront of Klimt's painting by a professional photographer
  • 20:00 – Celebrate with Champagne and roses in the Octagon of Belvedere Palace
  • 20:30 – Riding dinner for two (2) in a fiaker (horse-drawn carriage) — glide past Vienna's most picturesque landmarks while savoring Viennese cuisine
  • 22:00 – Return to your Panorama Suite

  • Between 06:30–10:00 – All American breakfast for two (2) at Parkring Restaurant
  • Late Check Out at 16:00
  • Transfer from the hotel to the airport (if needed)
