- Flights are not included.
- Ground transportation to and from the airport is not included.
- Incidentals at the hotel are not included.
- Hotel stay cannot be transferred to another Marriott property or another date. Hotel stay may not be exchanged in whole or part for any cash, gift card or other award in any circumstance.
- Package cannot be exchanged for a future Moments package or COWBOY CARTER TOUR show in the event the winner and/or guest(s) are unable to attend.
- As stated in Marriott Bonvoy Moments full Terms and Conditions (linked below): A Moments experience, or components of an experience redeemed, may not be sold or re-marketed. Any attempted or completed transfer, sale or barter of a Moments experience after redemption, including but not limited to hotel stays, event tickets or event access, will be void and the Moments experience will be forfeited without any refund of points to the member. In addition, Marriott may cancel the Member’s accumulated points, suspend Marriott Bonvoy program benefits, suspend Elite membership (including Lifetime status), or cancel a Member’s account at any time with immediate effect and without written notice, in Marriott’s sole discretion, for any suspected transfer, sale or barter of a Moments experience or components of a Moments experience.
- Moments packages may be gifted only after obtaining Marriott's prior written consent upon winning a package. Upon winning a Moments package, the winner will be contacted by Marriott's fulfillment agency, and arrangements for gifting can be made upon receiving that communication.
